ZakaBucks points are a loyalty reward — not a currency. Earn them on qualifying spend at partner merchants, then redeem them for baskets, fuel, vouchers and more.

Earning points

  • Base earn rate

    Earn 1 point per R10 spent on qualifying purchases at any partner merchant.

  • Boosted categories

    Fuel, groceries and pharmacy partners regularly offer 2× or 3× points campaigns.

  • Welcome & tier bonuses

    New wallets receive a 100 point welcome bonus. Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers unlock extra bonus points on every shop.

  • Automatic crediting

    Points post to your wallet within seconds of a completed transaction — no receipts, no claims.

    Present your wallet QR at any partner POS and choose how many points to apply. Minimum redemption is 100 points.
